  • In case of arlo base station or SmartHub with multiple LED lights, users may press and release the sync button. After releasing the sync button, notice the behavior of LED lights available on it. If the LED lights labeled with camera like icon rapidly beeps green in color, then it means the SmartHub is trying to sync with its arlo security camera. Do not press or hold down the sync button for a continuously extended period of time. In case the sync button is pressed for too long period of time, then the LED light will start beeping amber in color. In this situation, users may wait for 10-15 seconds and then press the press the sync button again.
  • If you are using an Arlo Ultra base station and camera, then do not press and release the “Sync” button. Notice the behavior of LED light on it. If the LED light seems to be beeping blue in color, then it is an indication that the arlo ultra security camera is trying to sync with its base station.
  • In case of Arlo wire-free camera, Arlo Pro Wire-free camera, Arlo Go security camera, Arlo Pro 2 Wire-free users must press and release the sync button for once. After releasing the sync button if the LED light starts beeping blue in color then it means the arlo camera is trying to sync with its base station.
